Return and Refund Policy
1. Return Policy
- Customers have a 14-day right of return from receipt of their order to return the products purchased.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.
- Consumable products must be returned new, unopened and in their original packaging.
- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Return Procedure
- Before returning a product, the customer must contact TOUCH POD at contact@yourous.fr to obtain a return authorization.
- The customer will need to provide the order number, description of the items to be returned and the reason for the return.
- Once the return authorization is granted, the customer must send the products to the address specified by TOUCH POD .
3. Refunds
- After receiving and inspecting the returned items, TOUCH POD will send an email to notify the customer of the approval or rejection of their refund.
- If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Certain types of items are not refundable, such as consumable products that have been opened or used.
- TOUCH POD reserves the right to refuse the return of any item that does not meet the return conditions.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items.
- If a customer wishes to exchange a defective or damaged item, they should contact contact@yourous.fr.
6. Reimbursement Deadlines
- If a refund is due, [Store Name] will endeavour to process it within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item.
